CORPORATE BACKGROUND

Excalibur Solutions, Inc. was incorporated in May 1993 as a general contractor of engineering services and has since been serving Silicon Valley startups and other OEMs around the world. During this time Excalibur Solutions, Inc. has assisted in the initial organization and staffing of several hardware and software engineering departments and contributed to the development of diagnostic tools & supporting software for PLD's, DSP's, PC audio, graphic accelerator, video, compression, and telephony products. Excalibur Solutions, Inc. is currently focusing on biometric identification and encryption products for access control and the Internet.

As a former member of the VESA standards organization, Excalibur Solutions, Inc. has contributed significantly to the development and adoption of several multimedia hardware and software standards including the VESA local bus, VBE 2.0 video BIOS, MPEG 2, and others.
